NTH Health is an Australian commercial supplement business. This site is owned by that business. You should read everything here with that in mind, so this page sets out exactly what the commercial interest is.

What we sell

Nothing, at present.

Nothing we make is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. There is no product page on this site, no pricing and no way to buy anything, and nothing published here is an advertisement for a product.

When that changes, this page changes with it, before anything goes on sale.

The conflict, stated plainly

Our commercial interest is in the nutrients we write about. Those two things sit together uncomfortably and no disclosure statement makes them sit comfortably.

What we can do is be specific about it rather than vague, and be consistent about how we handle it:

Our guides describe what research has found, including where it is weak, small, short or inconclusive. The 2025 trial that is the strongest evidence for magnesium glycinate and sleep reported a modest effect, and our guide to it says modest, because that is what the researchers said.

We do not write guides that arrive at a product as the answer. No guide on this site recommends a product, ours or anyone else's.

Where a guide describes a limitation that is commercially inconvenient for us, it stays in.

Expect the overlap between what we write about and where our commercial interest lies to grow rather than shrink. That is a reason to read us critically, not a reason we will stop disclosing it.

How this site is funded

By NTH Health, out of its own pocket.

We do not earn affiliate or referral commission from any product, ours or anyone else's. We do not publish sponsored content. No third party pays for coverage, placement or links, and no third party sees content before it is published.

There are no advertisements on this site.

If any of that ever changes, it will be disclosed here first and on the relevant pages, before the arrangement begins.
